The President is following up the procedures for recovering state lands throughout the Republic

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister, Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, the Ministers of Justice, Interior, and Local Development, the Advisor to the President for Urban Planning and the Chairman of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority.

Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmad Fahmy, said the meeting reviewed progress in efforts to legalize the status of and retrieve state land in governorates across the Republic, including reconciliation cases. The discussions focused on the outcome of efforts underway to preserve the rights of the state and people and to protect agricultural land. President El-Sisi gave directives to continue to follow-up on efforts to legalize the status of citizens and end the illegal acquisition of state land, stressing the importance of ending any more transgressions, in tandem with the prompt completion of legalization procedures, in a manner that secures the interests of citizens and public interest.
